At OnTour, LLC, your privacy rights and data security is of the utmost importance to our company. When you visit our web site and make purchases, we make every effort to maintain control over your personal privacy and data in a number of ways.

  • For those using coupons, codes or certificates we ask them to "log-in" for verification;
  • We ask for only that information which is necessary in processing your order;
  • We use 128 bit Encryption to complete your order including the verifying and processing of credit card information;
  • We do not give or sell confidential or personal information about our customers to any third party not affiliated with your transaction, except as may be required by law.

    Travel, Cruise, Tee Time, School Reservations & Golf Tournament Registration

    Responsibility
    All lodging, golf school, cruise, spa, tee time, included/optional tour activities and auto rental are subject to availability for date and number of travelers/students/players requested for lodging, golf school, cruise, spa, tee time, included or optional tour/activities and auto rental. TGS Vacations/OnTour, LLC, and its agents and assigns, book all lodging, golf school, cruise, spa, tee time, included/optional tour activities and auto rental upon the express condition that they shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any default in any vehicle or through act of default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger(s), or in carrying out the arrangements of the travel/golf school/cruise/tee time/spa package or otherwise in connection therewith, or of conditions of the carriers' (airline or other conveyance) standard ticket. Where seasonality causes low occupancy, some hotels/resorts/cruise lines or spas may close certain services; no refund will be given for not being able to fully use certain facilities at hotels/resorts/cruise lines and spas. Hotel/resort/cruise lines/spas, auto rental companies, airline, cruise line or other conveyance may impose energy or other surcharges without notice. All surcharges are the responsibility of the traveler(s) or students(s) and paid by the traveler(s) or student(s). TGS Vacations/OnTour, LLC is not responsible for airline, cruise line or other conveyance schedule change that may affect the use or complete enjoyment of the travel/golf school/cruise/spa package selected. In the event of weather conditions, mechanical difficulty, golf course maintenance or for any other reason whatsoever, cruise lines, golf courses, included or optional activities may at any time and without prior notice, cancel, advance, postpone or deviate from any scheduled sailing, port of call, golf tee time or activity and TGS Vacations/OnTour, LLC, its agents or assigns may, but is not obliged to, substitute another vessel, port or call, golf course or activity and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to travelers/students by reason of such cancellation, advancement, postponement, deviation or substitution.

    Golf Tournament Registration
    OnTour, LLC, and its agents and assigns, process all golf tournament registration upon the express condition that they shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any default in any vehicle or through an act of default of any company, golf course or person engaged in conveying the tournament registrants, or in carrying out the arrangements of the golf tournament or otherwise in connection therewith.

    Cancellation Policy
    TGS Vacations/OnTour, LLC cancellation penalty of any travel/golf school/cruise/Spa package cancelled up to 60 days prior to departure, including reservation modification (reduction) in the number of travelers on any given reservation is $75 per booking. Cancellation penalty from 59 days to date of departure will be the greater of OnTour, LLC/TGS Vacations Cancellation Policy ($75 per booking) or the cancellation policy of its companies, agents and/or assigns engaged in conveying or in carrying out the arrangements of the travel/golf school/cruise/Spa package. Name changes at any time are often considered a cancellation and re-book by cruise lines, hotels and resorts. Any cancellation fee will be assessed at the time of traveler cancellation or traveler reservation modification (reduction).
    Any golf tournament player cancellation fee will be assessed by the tournament coordinator at the time of cancellation.

    Tee times cancelled prior to 72 hours of play will be 10% of each green fee cancelled. Cancellations within 72 hours of play will be the greater of 10% of each green fee cancelled or the cancellation policy of the company or golf course engaged in conveying or in carrying out the tee time reservation. Should the golf course have a cancellation penalty for cancelled reservations, including tee time reservation modification (reduction) of player(s), prior to 72 hours, that cancellation penalty will apply.

    Requirements
    Car rental requires the renter be at least 25 years of age or older and have a valid drivers license and a major credit card in their name to present to the rental agent at the time of pick-up. All golf courses included in the golf travel and school packages have a dress code and require: Soft spikes, collared shirts for men, no cut-offs or denim and no halter tops for women.

    Golf reservations (tee times) for golf courses located in the United States that are included in our packages can normally be made with the course no earlier than 60-90 days prior to arrival. Tee times at the "Old Course at St. Andrews" will be made using the St. Andrews Application Program. Applications for a tee time at the Old Course begins in September for play the following year and the earlier the application, the better the availability. If a St. Andrews Old Course tee time is included in the package and is not available, a quality alternate course will be provided at no additional cost or refund. Scottish courses, especially the Old Course at St. Andrews, may require an Official Handicap Card or USGA GHIN Card showing a handicap of 24 or less for men and 28 or less for women i.e. a letter from a PGA Club Professional may not be acceptable.

    While generally no "Blackout Dates" apply to our travel packages, the package accommodations, golf schools and/or golf tee times may not be available on the date(s) requested due to Local, Regional, PGA, LPGA, USGA, Champions Tour or European Tour events that are to be played at the courses included in our golf travel, spa, cruise or school packages. Surcharges may apply at peak holiday times.

    Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

  • Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and can be redeemed with the same gift certificate.

  • If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service.

    New Merchandise Return Policy
    All new merchandise items returned will be inspected and must be in "New and Unused" condition. Custom Orders, Special Orders, Tournament Awards, Tournament Tee Gifts, Gift Certificates, Used Items, Closeouts, Demo Items and Damaged Goods are not returnable for refund. OnTour, LLC reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.. Should you need to return a new merchandise item, contact OnTour, LLC via e-mail and request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All new merchandise items returned must have the RMA number plainly and boldly written on the return packaging. Any returned item must be accompanied by the original packaging material and include the original "packing slip". We strongly recommend you insure the contents of your return package because uninsured goods that are damaged in return shipment are not refundable.. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any refund amount is based on the original purchase price and does not include original fee(s) or shipping charge or surcharges. In the event your order arrives with concealed damage, contact OnTour, LLC immediately at 1.800.787.8404 to submit a claim or advise OnTour, LLC via e-mail as soon as possible at customerservice@ontourllc.com for replacement of your order.

    If you are returning a merchandise item that you paid part and/or all of the cost with a Promotional Coupon, Code or Gift Certificate, that part of your refund will be credited to your account and/or the last gift certificate used on the purchase and will be available to use the next time you place an order at www.OnTourLLC.com.

    Any amount of the purchase price in excess of the promotional coupon, code or gift certificate for which you have paid by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card within 5-7 business days after return of the item(s). If you have paid 100% of the purchase price by credit card, that amount will be refunded to the original credit card within 5-7 business days after return of the product(s).

    12-Month Limited Warranty
    OnTour LLC warrants that New golf clubs ordered from TGS (i.e. golf clubs that have never been hit) are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 (twelve) months following the date of purchase from TGS. TGS will, without charge to the customer, repair the club (repair done by original golf club manufacturer) or any part thereof, which proves to be defective during normal use within the first twelve months of the date of purchase or, at manufacturer's option, replace the club with a new club. Mis-use, negligence, ball marks, scratches, paint and other cosmetic finishes, subject to normal wear and tear, on the clubhead or shaft caused by ball strikes or failure to use headcovers, are not covered by this warranty. TGS will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred to send the defective golf club to TGS (or original club manufacturer) for warranty work. TGS will return the repaired/replaced club at no charge to the customer. The TGS 12-month limited warranty is good for as long as the club remains in the original form in which it was sent to the original customer. Any aftermarket alteration(s) made to the club by anyone other than TGS or manufacturer, including, but not limited to, length changes, lie adjustments, re-shafting or other shaft alterations, will void the warranty. The only exception to this is re-gripping, which does not void the warranty. Contact OnTour, LLC to obtain warranty service “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) at: 1.800.787.8404.

    Refunds on Promotional Coupons, Codes or Certificates
    If you are returning a merchandise item that you paid part or all of the cost with a Promotional Coupon, Code or Certificate, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, available to use the next time you place an order at OnTourLLC.com. Please note, however, that credit of promotional coupons, codes and certificates may be refunded and reused only if the sponsor's program has not expired.

    Any amount of the purchase price in excess of the promotional coupon, code or certificate for which you have paid by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card within 5-7 business days after return of the item(s). If you have paid 100% of the purchase price by credit card, that amount will be refunded to the original credit card within 5-7 business days after return of the item(s).

    Website Pricing Errors
    In the event any file on this Website contains incorrect price information, either higher or lower than the correct price, due to typographical or electronic display error or malfunction, OnTour, LLC/TGS Vacations reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the incorrect amount and your order has been cancelled, OnTour, LLC/TGS Vacations shall immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

    Web Site Surveys
    From time to time, OnTour, LLC includes survey forms on our web site which may ask for contact and demographic information (such a postal code, age or gender). We use the responses from the surveys to better understand our customer's needs and to create a web site that responds to their interests. Customers may opt-out of participating in the survey by simply closing the survey window. OnTour, LLC will not disclose survey response information to companies or individuals outside OnTour, LLC with two exceptions:

    1. Anonymized data, with all names, addresses and other personally identifiable information removed;
    2. To vendors who are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are restricted from using the information for any purpose other than helping to provide improvements in service and the selection of products offered.
